Focus on results, not theory
At Profit Doctrine, I deal with what is most measurable – I check where your money is leaking. Before joining the team in 2021, for over 8 years, I managed finances in medium-sized manufacturing companies in Silesia. I know that every unnecessary invoice is a cost that lowers your bottom line.
My approach is honest and direct. I don't waste time on long lectures. We measure, check, and improve. When I enter a company, I first review the list of expenses from the last 6 months. We always look for simple paths to savings that can be implemented in 14 days or less.
In working with clients, I value concreteness. If I see that a given process doesn't bring a return, I say it openly. We only count real profits. My work ends when the figures in your spreadsheet start matching up, and the team knows how to maintain this state without my constant supervision. P.S. If you are looking for someone who confirms that you are doing everything perfectly, this is probably not the place for you.
In my spare time, I am passionate about local industrial history, which helps me better understand the structure of companies I cooperate with. Privately, I value discipline, which translates into the high effectiveness of my consulting actions.
